Very clear and easy to use. Great images which are very true to the items received. And clear terms with no hidden surprises. The tiles were of very good quality and far better value than we have seen in local stores. It was particularly useful to be able to order samples first, on very reasonable terms; this made us much more confident about placing the order. Excellent delivery, too. The customer service, though, has been truly outstanding. We will have no hesitation in using WebTiles again or recommending them to others - which we have already done. I ordered several samples and also two lots of tiles for my kitchen. The first delivery was brilliant with no broken tiles at all. Second delivery had a minor hiccup but customer service dealt with it very well and it arrived next day first thing in the morning as promised.
